THE EISENHOWER MATRIX

Hello, and I hope this week has been kind to you.

A while back I mentioned I'd be sharing practical tools from ACCOMPLISH with this list. This is the first one, and I wanted to make sure it was worth the wait.

But first, let me tell you about Michael.

Michael was a valued, experienced member of a senior management team. The kind of person colleagues relied on and his manager trusted completely. But something had shifted. Deadlines were starting to slip, and the harder he pushed to catch up, the more mistakes crept into his work. By the time he reached out to me, he genuinely felt like he was losing his grip.
