My expertise spans professional coaching, counselling, and nutrition science, allowing me to take a genuinely holistic approach to leadership development.

As Founder and Managing Director of Imagine Public Services Ltd, I’m committed to helping organisations reimagine public services for the modern age, working with individuals, teams, and partners to improve outcomes for communities across the UK.
With over 30 years experience, including two decades in senior leadership roles within local government, I bring deep expertise in strategic direction, stakeholder engagement, and operational transformation. My leadership journey spans Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Director (s151) roles across London boroughs, regional government, and county and district councils.
