SILKE ELVERY
As a Director of Imagine Public Services Ltd, I help emerging leaders build confidence, clarity, and purpose, drawing on over 25 years of senior leadership experience in rail and transport, including roles at KPMG, Transport for London and Network Rail.
My qualifications in professional coaching , counselling, and nutrition support a whole-person approach to leadership development. I work with clients across career progression, physical wellbeing, and emotional resilience, recognising the interconnectedness of personal and professional growth.

NATHAN ELVERY
As Founder and Managing Director of Imagine Public Services Ltd, I’m committed to helping organisations reimagine public services for the modern age, working with individuals, teams, and partners to improve outcomes for communities across the UK.
With over 30 years’ experience, including two decades in senior leadership roles within local government, I bring deep expertise in strategic direction, stakeholder engagement, and operational transformation. My leadership journey spans Chief Executive, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Director (s151) roles across London boroughs, regional government, and county and district councils.
I believe organisational success is built through investing in people, fostering values-led leadership, and cultivating a culture that inspires and empowers. At Imagine Public Services, we help clients navigate complexity, drive innovation, and deliver lasting impact.
